Employees are the most important asset of any company and keeping employees interested in continuing their careers is crucial of the survival of any company. Companies can demonstrate their values to their employees by training and developing the skills of their employees. Therefore, training is becoming a very important bridge that can lead to employee satisfaction and a higher retention rate for companies. That is why TATWEER Academy’s trainings focus on both company needs and employee needs when developing training curriculum on three different levels.

The first level focuses on industry related needs that cover industry knowledge that employees should have, both as a whole and by department. This type of knowledge is based on the premise that employees should know how they fit into the big picture, both at the organisational and industry levels. The need for this knowledge also stems from the need to understand how the organisation itself fits into the overall industry.

The second level pertains to job related needs that are related directly to the jobs within the organisation. The key to job-related trainings is to determine what is to be taught, what aspects of the job belong to management, and what aspects of the job may be related to coaching or on-thejob learning.

The third and final level is related to task related needs that are directly part of job or job family, where different tasks and processes come together to create a job on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
